Participation and usage terms for the pilot partner expression of interest

The form is intended exclusively for professional salon businesses and persons authorised to represent them. Submitting the form merely registers a non-binding interest in possible participation in the LAVIQA pilot project. Submission is neither an order nor a binding pilot agreement or confirmation of acceptance.

LAVIQA reviews each expression of interest individually and will make contact where there is a potential fit. There is no entitlement to selection, participation, a pilot partnership, exclusivity, territorial protection, supply or special conditions. LAVIQA is not required to select a particular number of pilot partners or to provide reasons for a selection decision.

Free-text fields must not contain health data or any other personal data relating to uninvolved third parties. A pilot partnership is established only by a separate, express agreement. Any terms concerning implementation, training, product testing, feedback, confidentiality or use will be set out separately before such an agreement is concluded.
